House concept 03

This is my first design for 2022 :)
It is a modern mid-size house concept. Location - UAE. The footprint of the building is a simple rectangle with fillet edges.
First floor - office, open plan living room/kitchen, laundry room, WC, garage
Second floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open middle area for games, L-shaped terrace.
The exterior garden has a very stylized look (I went with black and white). The idea here is that all the vegetation outside is a hologram and the user can customize and change everything (image 13)
